They always ride high in the front with new suspension. Doesn't really change.

It's 1 spring, but the previous owner did a bad job at heating it up to lower it.

Heating metal weakens it. When you heat a spring it lowers the spring rate, essentially making the car lower.

Pennsylvanias limit is kinda sketchy because it goes by township so I did what ever looked best on the car but I am still able to see out at night

It goes by the state not township and yes tint is illegal. The laws says you can have no film applied to windows. A sub section states the officer must be able to see in the car. I have never had an issue he in pa (knock on wood) I have 15% on my s8.

Interpretation of the law depends on the officer. . I do a lot of business with a tint shop so I know the laws very well. I can tell you that each townships does not have their own tint laws.

I didn't say they did I said that pa had one but each township is different Pottstown pa dose not care but Boyertown pa dose and is really strict about it
