Finally got my tranny in. Next step is to finish fabing up the crash bar and fixing my bumper. I'll probably grab some skirts at some point.

OMEGA your car is looking super clean. G-spot looking nice i like the wing combo your sig shows. And surprised that plasti dip is lasting.
Only sonata f5m42 swapped. N/A build in motion.
Couple things to consider before lowering your car....
You can't get jack under car on the side of the road, even at home have to buy low boy specialty jack that fits under car
You can no longer be "hooked up" by a regular tow truck, flatbed only and that's a PIA even, and better carry couple of 2x6's to get it on there without damaging skirts or bumpers
ANYTHING that goes wrong with the car will be blamed on it being lowered
TIRES.. LOTS OF TIRES
U can't let ppl drive your car for fear of them taking off bumpers with curbs when parking
Limited on where u can drive, this includes car wash tunnels, get ready to pay for handwash if they can't get it over and onto the rack
Cleaning air filter on cold air intake becomes a bigger process then it should be, unless you have the short version
But..... I could easily see and wash the top of my car and I'm barely 5' and it looks cool😎....I will miss being low.... Vogtland Springs available, app. 2" drop here in AZ if anyone interested.

I haven't had issues with going through tires faster than normal, but I do agree with the jack issue. I almost always carry one with me just for that reason. In my opinion the car looks so much better lowered that it's worth the BS. Just gotta find a show that's used to working on lowered cars.

A Galant lowered 2" is still not even low haha, not sure where your issues are coming from. Did you align the car after lowering it? Doesn't seem like it if the car is eating tires.
