A/C clutch and fans not working help!

My car was working fine before I changed my radiator. As soon as I did the fans will not come on in idile even for a half hour. And the A/C clutch will not engage when i hit the button. and the fans will not come on eather when i turn on the A/C to cool the coolant. So do the FANS and the A/C clutch not turn on incase of low pressure. But still the fans should turn on at idle. and i have checked all the fuses and wires and they are good. could it be a relay
