I dont remember 1 and a half I think. I had crappy coilovers, I had eibach's nothing gave as smooth a ride as chopped stocks did. What the hell is the point of dropping your ride for more control if you hit a bump and your car goes flying. If your constantly riding on smooth paved race track fine, but I live in NYC need somethin more stable. Coilovers are just plain horrible to begin with if you really dont wanna cut stock sprngs then buy real springs not coilovers. If your dropping just for the look of dropping then do whatever the hell you want its pointless anyway..

We dont have lil shity springs like hondas our stock springs are pretty kick ass actually. I live in NY with the craziest pot holes youve ever seen, all 4 of my struts are blown and for 6 months I been riding on cut stock springs and the ride is smooth. My shocks have been blown for the longeest time, actualy I just put agx's on the rear. Sold the rest of my springs its not worth the cash in my opinion. My friends keep blowing struts left n right going to fast with coilovers into potholes, a bunch have smartend up and dumped the coilovers for a real set of springs.
Dont wanna cut stocks...buy real lowering springs, coilovers are for race strips not streets. IMO.

I'll second that, unless your town/state likes to spend money on paving.Originally Posted by JiP
