Wow, just wow, amazing pics, I called Ripp the other day and couldnt get a hold of anyone. But whats the difference between the stage 1 and stage 2 as far as parts are concerned?

Stage 2 is not finalized yet, but it should consist of something like this:

RIPP Overdrive Crank Pulley (9-11psi)
RIPP Boost Cooler (W/M Injection)
270cc Injection
