Dyno runs are expensive and usually its wise not to waste your $$$$ if your motor is relatively "stock". Once you dumped some serious work into the motor..then its good to Dyno so see what you put in is paying out and you can tune and tinker to get the car running the way you want. I personally I didn't tune the car because I was too broke to spend $90+ an hour to just see that my car produces close to "stock" specs.
