Adjusting rear drum brakes..How to?

I just replaced my front discs and pads. How do I go about adjusting the rear drums. I have a 96 galant.

I thought rear drums are self adjusting
Maybe wrong though

They are, if you bacvk up allot and use your parkingbrake...but they are still supposed to be manualy adjusted. The brake place wants $30 buck to do it...I think its 1 damn screw. The manual says nothing about it.
