Help with Hella Angel Eyes

I bought some Angel Eyes a few months ago and some how water managed to get in on of the lamps and burned out the bulb or something?

Is there any way to replace the bulb? or do i have to buy a whole new friggen set!

from what i understand, the bulbs can be removed from the rear of the foglight housing. its an h3 size bulb. but while you are down there, i'd also look arond for any damage to the housing itself. that could be the cause of the water getting inside
