    how about a metal file?

but yea, id' be careful with the screw heads. the head is actaully whats holding onto the sideskirt. so if you were to send it down, then you wouldn't have much to hold the sideskirt.

    cant you use countersunk screws

  7. #7
yea i was thinkin of that too pinoi :? ....i tried using the counter sunk screws... but it would really dig into the metal.... kept sliding downward.... had to buy screws specificly for metal...u think i should try it again since the holes are already in place...??

update....i used some counter sunk screws n fitted pretty well in the holes... thanks guys... but it still pretrudes... do u think the bits that kinda look like a rock/sponge will sand the rest off....i tried using it before but it broke off like in 30 seconds making my grill...

update... i decided to just cover it up wit fiberglass... thanks peoples....
    uhhhh...... Whats a 9g???
