Rebuild or not

should i rebuild the 64 or should i go ahead and do a 63t swap?? the rings in the 64 are shot which i dont understand because its only got 125,000 miles on it, if i do the reuild i want to get the crank turned and forged pistions you know go ahead and do the bottome end and top end

Rebuild it and use a 1g/2g head.
