You cut it the same way you do on driver side. For me is not so hard because I deleted my AC system and eliminated the condenser.

Just you, no flaws. If you could really see something like that, It would be a major issue and doors would not close right, fenders would not align properly, hood...etc. I worked on a frame machine for most part of my career, I measured everything and all the parts ft right on.Could also be that the bumper is not installed, just kinda sitting there. What part are you looking at to make you think that, just curious.

Just remove the bolt get longer ones so you can push the condesor back. You can also remove the bolt all together

you may also have to trim the housing of the heads a bit, maybee cut a little more of the bracket

back on topic: what color you going with this time ray? any ideas yet? or just keeping it white?
