    Sweet...so that lip will fit 99-01 stock bumper right? If you dont mind me asking how mucht that thing cost? I agree with Warm...I'm gonna keep my USDM bumper, too. It'd be great for an addition to stock bumper.

    yep warm it should be an even better fit on the 99-01 bumper actually since the dimensions are closer to the vrg than my bumper is. I need to cut around the air dams and then heat up the sides as well to make it flush. lol and I didnt want to follow the crowd and do jdm so I think this would look aggressive yet stylish since its mostly vr4 parts you see not vrg ^.^ USDM/JDM Hybrid FTW!

    damn that lip looks sweet. makes me want to convert an 02-03 bumper to look like a 99-01 bumper at the top.
