    Bolt on exhaust tips

Anyone have any experience with bolt on custom tips? I was considering one for appearance but didn't know how reliable they are staying attached.

I got the autozone special on mine it seems to hold up fine.
It just needs to be cleaned in this pic.

i bought one off of ebay a few months back and i like the look of it (not too big or cheesy looking) and it is still attached.. i am happy w/ my purchase . it looks better than just the small stock tip if u dont want a real exhaust setup IMO

I bought a little $8 one from PepBoys last year. I tried to give it a factory look.

I bought one last year at Autozone for $10. It's held on fine and made it through a 2700 mile journey I did a few months ago.

Not really at all, the resonated tip can make a sliiightly deeper tone at the low end of the rpm range

Yea they look much better with the fake fart pipe tip. I got it for free from a friend. As Far as the sound. I couldnt even notice diffrence. IF you screw it on right then I promise you wouldnt be able to pull it off if you tried since the end of the muffler has a slight curve in it. Definitly worth the 0$ bucks. lol
Life is a....... ehhhh depending how u dress er
