omg your battery is LOL!
Engine bay is sick! Hope you pass smog with flying colors.
Beam, that's a really small battery.
nope, starts just fine... as long as I drive it once per week. It's the same battery that boostzealot has. I should have opted for the 15 lb battery instead, but oh well. Two years and it's still running strong.
looks like a bike battery
Adrian, is that a Braille lightweight battery?
yeah, its like 11.5 lbs lol (literally)
Lol, funny how we mention it once over chat and I point it out immediatelty in the picture. Probably wouldn't of said anything otherwise.

I wish I could fix that front end. But I might just get another 7G and start over
it is bent just a little....and I mean very little. But its enough that the headlights dont sit right, the crash bar won't bolt in all the way, the hood is slightly out of allignment. IDK...I have been tossing ideas around in my head for months about what to do...I am seriously at an impass
Props at all cars and batteries last 2 pages.
just gonna be pricey. I still need to get a bumper, hood, crash bar, t-bar, radiator support and then have the shit painted
You just gotta ask yourself is this G worth it to YOU.
IMO yes.
Seems like some of you have never seen a slim battery. I know alot of Evo and DSM guys who use them to save space.
here we go again!!

yes i blew my diff, axle, mounts and also cracked the case!! and what im doing in the pic was getting ready to remove the tranny
Battery looked like a Tomioka or XS.
also on another note, people run small batteries to save space as mention above, But to shed a few pounds also. Remember all you need is for it to turn the motor over after that your alternator is running most of your electronics. (talking racing applications of course.)
I wouldn't run that slim battery alone for heavy lighting, audio and accesories.
No, some reason the lb symbol came out like that. What I meant with that was in some cases the Braille lightweight batteries can save you up to/as much as 50lbs. In our cars, you are right the original battery is actually fairly small, and likely weighs in around 30-40lbs. So, you saved yourself a very solid 25lbs, if not more. Great weight reduction for our cars! Good to hear it is running strong!
