Greddy, those are the FK452, right?
haha they were..., now not so much lol
Alfa day was interesting..... great weather, not too hot not too cool, no rain, lots of nice people and great cars, but the organization could have been much much much much better. Nothing like Cascade track days or PCA track days, but fun nonetheless, someone wrecked an ariel atom pretty good, but other than that was pretty safe day. I got to break in my new AMR coilovers and alignment and such, car rotates so perfectly now, trail braking will make it oversteer like a drift car haha, I actually went completely sideways in the first session first time through the chicane because I wasn't used to it yet, so different from my megans. I definitely need much better tires for next season. Went with Cobalt XR3's in the front, XR5s in the rear for my pads, truly fantastic, I can brake at the 150-200 mark safely on both straights. Pics will be up soon in another thread, there were a TON taken by a friend, he's just editing them now.
Now that the suspension is sorted.....moar powaaa?
Thats how my tires looked after braking hard a few weeks ago, and havent been right since. I cant spin the tires at all to try and see if I can even them out...

My buddy's 02 GT with bolt ons, cobra suspension, cobra R wheels, and bigger brakes. The Mazda Speed is some guy here who wants me to do work on it.
Thinking of carbon fiber wrapping my roof...it doesn't look that bad at all! what you guys think?

Personally I think carbon, or black roofs look good if you have tint so it looks even from the windshield to the back window, but that's me if you like it do it.
Love it !

Greddy I admire you can get out to PIR and similar places on a regular basis...I wish I could get to Road America or other similar tracks regularly. I would love to see how far the chassis can go.

I know I've gotten the advice left and right to go low, but the rally cross look has grown on me quite a bit. Add the fact that nobody goes for this look...the unique factor is up there.
^ OEM flaps would have looked nicer, too bad they are a pain in the ass to find. And yes low. RallyCross meh....But even they have moar low.
Rally cars are low for tarmac stages, they sit at a stock height for the gravel and snow/ice stages.
Low is popular, but not 100% practical. Especially with the bad habits I'm still trying to get Jess out of.
