nice pictures but I believe your signature takes too much attention. (Especially the picture where your signature is in a circle)

make it smaller, and you do not need "photography by," we already know its a photograph

Cool pictures Rex. Does the 18-200mm have USM? I was thinking about getting a Canon 55-250mm because it has USM and is cheaper, but then I may as well spend a bit more and get a 70-200mm f4. Hmmmm

none seth. canon is getting rid of the usm and usm ii. the newer glasses have IS.

i had a canon ef 28-105mm usm ii which i immediately sold after i got my ef-s 18-200mm.
the only usm i have now is the ef 75-300 usm which is pretty quiet and fast to focus lens.

flexibility wise, ill go for the 55-250mm usm (then you have to multiply by 1.6 if you are not using a full sensor dslr to get the 35mm equavalent focal length)

i assume you still have the kit lens 18-55mm + 55-250mm - that would be a solid combo already i think.

L lenses are out of the budget for now. i shoot at max mp and in raw too. i use a 4gb mem flash.

USM rocks. Canon isnt getting rid of USM from my knowledge. All the L glass have USM, some USM + IS. The focus is 100x smoother, faster, and quieter, its a great feature. Sorry for off topic. Lets get some rolling shots going on the 6g VR4!
