Well, it has been 2 years plus of building it and i tell you what, it felt good. I was happy for a moment until the exhaust scraped the driveway cuz its hanging a little low. Fixed the ground issue in the ECU, got new MAF and she ran like a champ. Still have to stop with the e-brake tho, but thats next on the list. I.ll be painting the bumper and side skirts this coming week and hopefully replacing the front windshield. Then have take care of little details like gauges and getting some sort of street tune.

Hey guys, see if you can help me. The headlights dont work - Hi, lows.....nothing. Everything else does.

It doesnt get power to the headlight relay and when I look into the diagrams it seems that there's fuse, but i cant seem to find it. The diagram says Fuse 12.

According to this picture Fuse 12 is the horn fuse.....can this be?

Just a quick dummy check, did you test the headlights with the ignition turned on? Mine don't light up with it off.

Otherwise, the brute force method is just start pulling fuses and testing them. You could temporarily swap a 30A fuse from the power windows in to test the #4 position the headlights are supposed to be in.

Oh I cant believe they designed it like this, but yes the headlight relay is powered by the horn fuse on the solenoid side. I had pulled out the horn fuse earlier, because the horn was going off on its own.

    Thanks again!

So for some Reason I cant completely bleed the brakes. I need to go get another brake booster cuz somehow I managed to strip two of the four bolts that hold it to the firewall.

Best way to bleed is backwards. I bought a oil can pump little cheap one and a tight fitting hose for the bleeder screw end. Then i hook the tube to the pump then filled it with brake fluid then basically primed it. Then i pumped fluid through the bleeder screw works perfectly.

Or you can go to harbor freight for a conventional brake bleeder kit. I have/did both.

Only sonata f5m42 swapped. N/A build in motion.

Bleed the master on a bench then bleed the calipers starting wit the one furthest from the master.

Well, I put the "new" brake booster in and the pedal is much firmer and the booster doesnt move anymore when i press the pedal. Havent tried bleeding the system.

Got motivated to fix my low hanging exhaust , but damn this shit is exhausting. Finally got some ground clearance after 5 hours working on it.

Bled the power steering and now it has small leaks from the AN fittings.........I'm getting tired of this.....

    To do list:

    Fix rear camber
    Fix PS leaks
    install/hook up fog lights
    buy/install windshield
    replace headliner
    buy air filter
    buy battery
    wash/wax the car
    get alignment
    get insurance
    break in the motor
    buy dash speakers

    Im sure there's more.

Wired the gauges in, fixed the leak at the PS lines and the coolant leak between the two halves of thermostat. Still leaking between head and thermostat.

Got new windshield installed too. Fixed the fuel gauge as well.

Im getting these erratic AFRs, mostly lean conditions and Im about to swap to black box ECU from 99 GSX.

And I need a new 3g brake master....just my luck.

Well, I had my exhaust cut and welded for third time now. I was getting lots of vibration from the pipe rubbing againt one of the driveshaft carrier bolts. Its ok now, but I couldnt do a test drive cuz the power steering is still leaking.

Just ordered new tires, hopefully I'll have it aligned soon.

Do you still need a 3G master? I have an extra one sitting in my garage.
