If I am right one is for the blinking and the other is for the on.. How would I be able to do this with out accidentally screwing anything up... or in fact burning something....

Another thing is HID's I ordered the H1's 12k and 10k (I was thinking of the dual look but not now since I like how I now have hi beam....) Well I is there still a way to wire them so that I still the hi beam? And would I have to change the fuse from the 10 to 15 or more?
Guys.. A Little help over here! Thanks...

Best and easiest way to do this is to get either a volt meter or a 12V test light. Better to use a test light. Connect the alligator clamp to the negative terminal of the battery. Once you do that, take the socket out with the bulb in it. From behind, stick the probe into one of the contacts where the wire goes into. If it doesn't light up, it's ground or blinker. Keep in mind that you need to have the parking lights on. Move the probe around to the 2 other wires until it lights up. When it does light up, that is your constant wire. Then, put the blinker on. When you put the probe in the right connector it will blink along with the bulb.

Well looks like ill be the next person to get these since i took my heads off today and found that one was held together by rivots and sheet metal... The fucker that owned my car before me definitely did not car about it at all. I wanted to do a projector retrofit with dual halos, but this is cheap and does the work for me.

They'll probably be on the G along with projector Halo fogs in may when shes back on the road.

I do like the yellow touch that my fogs have i might put the center lights and the dog projectors as the same yellow and keep the outside lights as white. I'll decide later on. I'd really like yellow halos, blue is so over used maybe ill change the color, but when is there too much yellow? The blue works since all of my interior lights are blue leds but I still think yellow looks nice even parked.

mannn i am super confused.. installed the headlights today.

Here is some pros and cons
i have usdm 03 galant es 4cyl BTW

CONS first since they are aggravating ><
    *fitment isn't perfect.
*tabs don't align perfectly with screw holes so u have to screw the two inner screws towards the grill and then screw the top.
*the screws inside near the fender wont be aligned at all. and on top of that the hole they drilled is too small.. so either drill a new hole or just forget bout screwing the inner tab. i just left it unscrewed since the light is already snug.
*passenger side turn signal wire runs short so u have to unclip the little zip tag holding the wire but on driver side turn signal wire is free so its not needed.
*Even on the usdm galant THERE WILL BE A GAP BETWEEN HEADS AND BUMPer and i am talking a good 1inch gap as u can see the car above with a new style bumper, its the same amount of gap for usdm bumper.
*Stock bulbs are way too cheap, i tried both reflector and projector and it barely makes a diff which one u run and u can barely read street signs but when u run them together its alright but still not good at all.
*Need rewiring if i want all 4 lights on at the same time. which im confused bout too.(not a big con)

In conclusion for cons. Bumper, fender need to be fixed by a bodyshop or sumthin for the lights to look perfectly aligned. Needs rewiring for dual look. Need better bulbs or 2 HID h1 kits

    Pros:

    -Mean look!
Doesnt matter if u run projectors single, or reflectors or u rewire and run dual. they are all mean looking!
    -for price cant be beaten
-leds actually look good when hooked up with turn signals i wish halos were blue too like leds.

Also can someone help me out here. hooking up 2 hid h1 kits.

okay soo i kno i need to split the projector and reflector wires.
then get a Y socket and hook them up with a relay or something and they will light up at the same time?? soo confusing and then what happens when i turn on high beams??

you know you would be driving with both your lo's and hi's on right? which would blind people in front of you and on the other side of the road

  8. #268
i kno but how can i make both lo's?? install 2 hid h1 kits right?? or it cant be done?? cuz both the reflector and the projector has the same bulb from the manufacturer soo y is one high beam?

can we get better pictures if these headlights installed so we dont have as much confusion??

    we need:
    -light output pictures
    -relay pictures
    -close up pictures
    -bumper "gap" pictures
-further back pictures to get the full perspective

I know everyone is gunna say just look back further in the thread but the pictures are not very good....Pictures would save alot of confusion

  10. #270
okay let me tell u sumthin. light output sucks .. soo i dont kno how i can capture it with a camera since camera will show 2x the actual light.. the stock lights barely light up street signs and if u can wait ill get my digital camera and take some pics today.

alright man sounds good....and i mean light output like take a picture of the light shining on a wall.....and haha i'm sure the cheap bulbs it came with suck but maybe with a hid conversion kit with the headlights it might be good?

The gap doesn't look that bad, as it's probably due to the 02-03 front end. The gap matches the grill perfectly.

  15. #275
^yea bgr exactly, i think this is an issue with the 02-03 front end, as the 99-01 model doesn't have the same design, the gap is probably a non issue.

Has anyone tried to email the buyer to inform them of the fitment?
I wouldnt spend $250 for it to not look right!

  19. #279
I always had that bottom gap...even with the oem heads when i had them on

  20. #280
the fitment is like 90% and i didnt have any gaps with oem heads but im installin cyber 2 kit anyways soo ill have that taken care of and it doesnt even look bad when seen standing up. i took them pics sittin down .. also i had to push the corners in a lil to match the fender cuz they were sticking out :S but yah for $250 this is a really good investment to ur G. just need to go buy some wire taps today and hook up leds i just love mine :D

i dont have any gaps with oem as u can see. just a black rubber line on the bottom. but i like the ebay ones since they are meaner. esp when i get my vis cf hood :D
