yes there are gaps. I used a dremmel drill to do mines.
I originally planned to cover those holes with my Rockford Fosgate brushed aluminim speaker covers..but they didnt quite fit to my liking, so i left it like that. i actually plan to just get rid of all 4 door pannels and have something custom made.
^ Wow, you work really fast.. I wish I could :( Unfortunately I don't have the funds for it either..

What coilovers are u riding on? Megan?
My K-Sport is stiffer than me at a Playboy nude beach festival![]()
^He's on D-2s, playing with the dampning and preload settings.

Weird. D2 is almost the same as mine. Even on the softest settings on mine its toight like a tiger :p Silver01G: Have you tightened the springs? They should be as tight as u can tighten them :)
i have all spring loose. enough where you can easily can turn the spring by hand, but there is no up and down play.
on the damper do i need to go in or out?
It does ride smooth, but it bounces in a stiff way when i hit bumps.
and its really hard to tell what its set on with the H and L, since the nobbles dont stay in place.
My nobble is alwas in place ;) Mine is on the softest settings, its stiff as helll. U just have to turn it as long as u can towards the soft settings. Againts the clock i think.
The spring should be as tight as u can get it without forcing it.
