EBAY Projector Headlights

Got these lights in the mail a few days ago, I was suprised by the output, pretty good for "ebay" projectors, I threw in some Hella +50 bulbs and damn I can see now, The only thing that sucks are the halos, cant even tell they are on, anybody have any luck fixing that?

you can swap out the halo bulbs with some LED's like what 01galant01 said in the previous page

Woops my fault didnt read that, can somebody post a b4 and after pic that involved the new LED's?

I let my brother borrow my Galant as he's in town for my wedding. I won't be able to work on the LED's until after I get back from my honeymoon in a couple weeks. (I haven't received the bulbs yet, either. I ordered them last week)

I don't think the halo's use regular bulbs as it was stated on the last page..

I emailed the seller and asked him what type of bulb the halos take and he responded with this...
dear buyer,
for the halo rings, it's not using the light bulbs
It's more like the light bulb tube which it will comes out with wires from there.
that's why if the halo ring are not working, it required to replace the whole ring and the replacement item looks similiar like the following item number below

After reading that, I doubt there will be any Galant Projector replacements for these headlights to simply make the halo brighter. And the beamer ones don't fit.

that seller seems to know nothing of his product. The Halos use very small bulbs, when u need to change them pull it out, they are the Fog Light bulbs not sure of the kind. and for the Halo to be brighter, simply replace with LED's..

Does anybody besides BGR plan on replacing their halo bulbs to make them brighter then?? Cause I'm lookin for the right size LED to buy and I just wanna know for certain if it's gonna be 194's or not..

i've changed mine out with some 5 way leds, they are not much brighter and changes the color a bit. i'll try to get some pics up. btw, be careful if you do decide to get the 5 ways, because when you pull them out, they are a tite fit and i lost 2 already, now i'm gonna have to fish them out.

I want the color to be the same as the LEDs. And that same brightness too as a matter of fact. Where did you get your 5ways from?

ebay.....you will need 16 of them. 4 for each lows and 4 for each highs

There has to be some other way to make it brighter.. I am going to go play with it in a bit.. I have lots of size of LED's..

the 3 leds on the sides are always brighter for some reason.
