2007-2009 is the old style front end. I like them both, the new style stands out quite a lot from other vehicles. And definitely does what was intended. The instrument cluster is better, it has the LEDs in the side mirrors, more powerful stereo, and can be equipped with S-AWC just like the Lancer Evolution. Not to mention the paddles shifters are just great fun, and its a 6 speed to boot!
Just shedding a little weight here and there, where I can while still looking original.
No, that's just the interior of my 8G when I gutted everything under the carpet last weekend. If I do end up getting a 7G, it will be awhile down the road yet.

I thought the 2007-09 on the XLS V6 models had also paddle shift and also thought the instrument cluster was the same.....good to know!
