I'd really like to paint my GS. I really miss the BMW non metallic jet black from the old GS. I got the deal of the century on that paint job. Unfortunately the guy who hooked me up got fired(lol probably because he was hooking people like me up at the dealerships body shop)
Anywho... my paint is in bad shape because its 17 year old paint that spent a lot of time in NYC and i'm guessing parked under some low hanging trees in constant wind storms.

Green could look pretty badass on your ride MKO. Looking forward to whatever is next.

there are very few trees in NYC. That car probably spent some time in Brooklyn, The Bronx or Queens which is still considered NYC and was parked under the EL, the elevated train platforms. When a train goes by, debris goes flying all over.

totally off topic but yeah my car is sort of an anomaly. The interior is in perfect condition and has absolutely zero signs of fading. All of the exterior trim is the same way. Black as black can be. its like it was parked in a garage at home, driven through a forest and parked in a parking garage at the office. for 17 years. It polishes up nice, Looks super shiny, but up close lots of deep scratches that I cannot repair.
