You should check out dave's thread about tires and wheels. It's VERY informative, as well. I used it for my last wheel swap.
And this is why I created this thread :-)

This turned into a very informative tire page. I've always liked Goodyear tires for the prices and tred life. Michelin is nice but just overpriced. To me it would be like buying a Lincoln truck, sure its nice but you just overpaid for an F150

I have seen that thread. I like how the guys focused on Good Year. Was thinking of trying out a newer line of theirs.
Eagle GT's are a nice bang for the buck. They make sizes for most of all the sizes 8G's use, stock and aftermarket. Most are V rated, but you can have W speed rated, still a 400 treadwear rating, AA traction and A temp ratings.
The best A/S performance tire they sell hands down is the Eagle F1 A/S tire. Y speed rating, carbon fiber reinforced sidewalls, AA traction and A temp ratings, and 450-500 treadwear rating depending on size. I had them for my Pontiac when I still had the stock chrometech wheels (225/50 R16) and the grip was stellar, no chirp even on tight turns.

Use the eclipse it offers more for upgrading
speaking of clutches and flywheels, I cannot for the life of me find an OEM eclipse flywheel anywhere, I don't want an aftermarket one. Any suggestions? I plan on pairing it with an exedy OEM replacement clutch kit.

What is the factory front sway bar size? I know the rear is 18mm for non-gtz
Wait, the GTZ has a smaller rear sway bar?

They're talking about the front ;)
Though I have no idea what size they are.
