    Got my poly mount rear and front. Stock mount can't hold the high torque anymore. LOL

    those would be prothanes, ill be installing me rear this Saturday, the rear is different because its from a manual 3g, the auto is a lot bigger in the middle and the inserts won't work,

    ^^^ x2. U need to use a manual eclipse rear mount to uses the pro inserts.

    There are 3 different rear mounts.
    Galant
    A/t eclipse
    M/t eclipse.

    I need that.. I hate how small the bolt is compared to the metal shaft on the insert :X

    I have the prothane ones for an mt eclipse sitting in front of me. Are you saying that I need the eclipse rear mount in order to use the prothane insert?

    Yes You need the eclipse m/t mount for the insert to slide in properly

    I got the hardware from silvertune on c3g. I think he's sending the kits out for around $15 shipped. info should be on the last page of his members ride thread.

    ^I suppose another option is to just get a thicker bolt @ the local hardware store

    ^ thats what i did if i remember correctly it was a 5/8th bolt that fit the best. you have to drill out the the black bracket that mounts to the transmission also
    the sleeve is 7/8" X 1/2" X 2.60"L from the info on prothane's site

    you mean the bolt head was 5/8"? I haven't looked at the mount in awhile but it scares me to remove that much material.

    Actually now that I think about it, it's not that much material at all.
