I am shooting for 300 whp with the new tune as well or atleast as close to it as I can get. I am optimistic about the motor holding up, but I am not so sure about the trans.

You're doing big things bra. I cant wait to see the dyno numbers with the 5-speed.

Did some tuning to get the torque up. LOL
This where she will stay for now. Going to enjoy driving the car at its current level

did you spray your moonroof as well?

congrats those are some nice numbers.

  10. #570
Yep I sprayed the roof as well. I like it. I can pop it up without getting roasted by the sun. My friends and I joke about it "Pay for tint? Nah I got bedlined windows" HAHA!
Thanks sir! The car feels great, the tranny is definitely sucking up all that wheel spinning torque though :( I cant wait to ditch the damn thing.

I've watched the guys put tint on my cars twice. They use a clear plastic film and put it on the outside of the windows and cut to get the window's shape, then they lay the cut clear over the roll of tint and cut the tint to shape. They use a large piece of lexan on a stand to cut the shape out. The tint isn't sticky, and they spray the windows with a soapy solution to be able to move the tint into place and squeegee the bubbles out. Then they hit it with a heat gun and then it sticks. It looks simple. It took two guys about 30 minutes at a relaxed pace to do all my windows.

Tinting is cake. Back window is a bitch. I did it myself.

First pic is my favorite too. Love this angle of my car. So stout looking!

Yup! Exactly how I saw to do it. Good memory lol. I'm thinking about getting pre cut pieces.

The back window is the one that scares me a little. That is going to have to be spotless.

So because I am OCD I adjusted timing today ever so slightly to maintain consistency under WOT. 13-15* nice smooth climb everytime. If anyone is still on the older version of evoscan and hasnt updated. you need to update! It's sooo sick!

I then finally did the first full 3rd gear pull all the way up to 6k. Freaking glorious! As you can see on the graph. At 4250 rpm the car is just GONE!

Then I took my buddy Mondo for a ride LOL!

edit: also forgot to say that I installed the turbo blanket I found from Ivory today haha

Something cool that was in my plans for this car's build.
