45 isn't excessively big, but it should be a 40 series with a 225, your speedo is a good bit inaccurate with the 45 series tires.

When the kids were sleeping I found some time to put the 6g72 TB on the eclipse and do the TB coolant bypass. The car seems more “peppy”, it seems to pick up better after each shift.

Also have an issue, I turn my high beams on and they stay off, but the lows turn off too. All connections and fuses are good. Any thoughts? Worked fine earlier

Not sure, let me think on it, unless someone else has an idea. I'm thinking it might be an issue with your charging system, but I'm not sure.
On second thought you have halogen highs, it might be a harness issue.

Hmm, it's a 55w bulb in the highs, might that be the problem? I'm gonna contact TRS when I'm at work and figure this out. No way a harness should die that quick. My charging system in theory should be good, alt is not a year old.

Perhaps we need to use the projector plugs as just a trigger for another relay system to run the highs. That's the first thing I could think of.

Same thing happened to me twice. First time was a combo of a bad ballast and a loose ground connection. Second time, my ground wire from my H4 plug(where the bulb goes in) actually came out. So take a good look and give those wires a little tug to make sure they are in place.

I'll go out and check the connections now! Just talked to TRS and confirmed it might be a bad relay box, should be here later this week!
I talked with the guy about the connections, and he said if it worked to begin with, there shouldn't be any issues with the way i connected it.
What kind of relay, Greg?

Andrew your high beams should still be connected to the stock wiring, you probably did what Corey did a while back and fry the relay harness by connecting his bulbs to the bixenon/solenoid pigtails. Those pigtails shouldnt be used at all. However the relay shoulde still be tapped into the high beam positive.

You might have to do some cutting and splicing of an old relay harness to make it work, but using the projector wires as the trigger for the high beams, you can use an old relay to power the high beams straight from the battery so you don't overload the TRS relay. However, if I'm reading Vic right there's a problem driving the high beams with the solenoid wires, which I didn't know. It works in theory, and the wire gage looks sturdy enough to make it work, but if something in the relay box can't handle the load of the high beams on the projector wires, then don't use it, just use the stock wires. This is why I want to create my own custom harness when i do my retrofit, I want no problems.

If you use the stock wiring, you'll be just fine, since it was designed to run a 55w/60w filament already. In order to keep the low beams alive you need to tap the new relays high beam trigger to the stock high beam wire so it knows to continue to supply power to the ballasts for low beam. Projector pigtails will have 12V when highs are on so just tape off and tuck away.
