Dont see why not the TB is in the same spot and the original cable route is very similar to the 4 cyl, iirc Adrian is tucked.

Yupppp! Should work the same on the V6 as well. Might have to tie it down in one or two extra places but should work the same.

I did this route and it ended up being pulled too much. I just drilled the holes a bit more and it works fine.

Well so I've come to the conclusion that I'm bowing out from the Galant community as a whole. Met some cool people and made life long friends but I've just about had it. I'm not going to name names and all that but the long and short of it I tuned a car and got stabbed in the back and it just really left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I'm done. The only reason I'm typing this is so that people wont wonder what happened or where I went. All the people that I'm close to know how to get a hold of me.

Umm i wonder who it is. I think i know.
    -_-

But on another note. Nah bro you dont have too leave as a whole. Just dont do any favors anymore unless members payup first.

I get fucked too here. Doing xml, and coding and no type of donation for my time. But is cool i just stop doing it and done. Let them go to evom or club3g even open ecu. You know what! they wont do shit for the galant community.

People think hard work is for free.

If you look big gurus on evom. They got a toms toms of donation to do disassembly for the ecu. To name a few mfred, tephra, acumus and others members. Lots of evos guys knows the importance of keeping the programers and tuners happy because there is not a lot that will sit down and start coding specially for some cheap ass members.

Here on the galant community is sad that members dont see the big picture of smart member like you.

So dont let a members get the best out of you. Just keep doing what u do best.

Dont worry this member will be back with some other shit. Next time fuck that is a no no. Specially from me.

Hate to see a bad experience make you give up, especially with you being a big contributor to the forum. Take some time think it over. One thing for certain in life, there will always be someone who tries to get over on others but as stated you can always cut ties from them. Now if every person you knew with a galant was like that I could understand lol. Plus this was one of my favorite builds

Well I'll post what I posted on the fb group here. Purely because I dont want anyone else to get caught is this losers wake. On the forums I believe his username is Galant2010. Dude who bought Fred's old G.

"Thanks everyone. Well some good points made I dont want anyone else getting screwed over so thats the only reason why I will go farther into detail.
Several months back now I was contacted by Marlon Brandow through my facebook tuning page Apex Powered about tuning his galant he was planning on boosting. Many messages back and forth concerning the process and walking him through it as well as how much I would charge to tune his car. I didnt collect payment because my work ethic compels me to tune the car first make sure the customer is happy and THEN get paid. I also charged him less because he has kids to look after. Anyways he finished boosting his galant. At this point its ready to be tuned, got some help from my buddy Isaurio on the xml and tuned Marlons car. Car is running fine, he had a few boost leaks to take care of but thats because he used worm clamps and werent torqued correctly. Easy stuff to fix and car was running fine. He was on a time crunch since its his daily and he has to take kids to school in it. Tuned it in under an hour. I told him I would do a touch up tune free of charge once the car was pressure checked and there were no leaks to make sure afr's would not change. Since it was 99% done on my part I asked for payment and thats where the bs started. All the excuses in the book. He's strapped for cash/ he has too many things on the car to fix/ blah blah blah. All this being said while I watch him paint his wheels and post pics, challenge people to races, driving to the lake to chill with family. Where are you getting the gas money? Where are you getting the money to paint your wheels? Confront him about it nicely and he deletes me from facebook LOL."

Bro I know. I see it day in and out in the evo world since I am on those forums as well. Coding and programming is so complex its just as complicated as tuning the actual car once you have access to it. I agree with you 100%

You're right man. I was just upset.

Well I last night I was pretty pissed. Now that I've cooled off and heard everyone's thoughts about it I'm not gonna leave. I never realized that many people were watching/ knew who I am haha. I literally got blown up on facebook with messages with genuine concern, made me feel really good about being in this community :)

Big whoop! Should have told him welcome to the world of modding and tuning. Thats expected from Turbo cars, (leaks, wrong temp spark plugs and gaps, bad coils, bad injectors, bad maf and map sensors... I've been going to with friend to dyno his race car for a long time) you weren't in the wrong in asking for payment. Turbo charging a car and strapped for cash don't go hand in hand. Also its not the tuners fault things need to be fixed, your services were provided 99% of the way at the best of your ability with what you had to work with, he should have paid up at least 90% of the way, most sane people would have just paid in full and came back to touch up the map once the little things were taken care of. Marc you aren't going nowhere bro, you're gonna stay and bullshit with us forever and that's that.

Yep exactly. I was asking him why he even bothered turboing the car if he didnt have to money put aside and tied up already to have it tuned. And how he could pay for gas and paint his wheels and talk crap to people about racing and he has the balls to tell me if thats what he wants to do he can. Some people I swear. My mouth just dropped lol. I assume he's a single parent, even if hes not my priorities would be on feeding my kids not a car. Glad you didnt go through with that transaction. He supposedly doenst even have a paypal lol. Thanks Matt I appreciate it man.

Exactly! All the mechanical help and walking him through stuff and info, psh I know shops where you bring your car 100% percent or youre going home with no tune so YOU can figure it out and bring it back. I know when I do ANYTHING to my car I have that money put aside everyday, search for parts for hours, draw models, prototype etc. There's no way you can boost a car and not have money to pay for tuning let alone extra gas money to actually enjoy the boost.

LMFAO and I just got told! HAHA!!!!
